RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES – ANOKHYBYSH.COM

We gladly accept returns of unused items in their original condition (unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached) within 15 days of delivery for a refund or online gift card.

To initiate a return, please use your registered Anokhybysh.com account. Alternatively, contact our customer care team at team@anokhybysh.com or message us on WhatsApp for assistance.

Refunds are not available for jewelry, accessories (unless there’s a quality defect), customized sproducts (made to order), products labeled as Pre-order, or products altered as per size specifications.

Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except for poor/broken/damaged conditions, where we will provide a replacement or issue a refund via an online gift card if the product is unavailable.

Upon receiving and quality checking the returned products, we will issue a refund or online gift card, and the process may take up to 7-8 days.

Complaints reported after 15 days of delivery will not be accepted.

International orders are not eligible for merchandise exchange or return, except in the case of damaged or defective items. Reach out to us at team@anokhybysh.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Note: Duties/taxes may apply to return shipments; please contact our customer care before shipping. We are not liable for any duties/taxes arising due to return shipments.

Online order return requests can be raised within 15 days of order delivery.
